Years ago, I created the Success Binder—a collection of tools and plans I hoped would guide me to live with intention and reach my potential. But life, as it is often stated, "got in the way". The binder was packed away, forgotten, as my focus shifted to my career.

Then one day, while spring cleaning, I stumbled across that bright turquoise binder (y'all know any kind of green is my favorite color). Holding it in my hands felt like finding a long-lost piece of myself. At first, I felt, like "wow", then I felt disappointed in myself for not ever doing anything with it.

I remembered that I had been praying for clarity, for a spark to reignite my passion—and there it was, right in front of me. I began to realize that everything I had learned and been through had prepared me for this moment. That forgotten binder was never meant to stay tucked away. It was the foundation for something greater: The Self Love Lab.
